Flo is smart, perceptive, patient, gentle and persistent. She is not pushy and does not tell one what to do. The client does the work. Flo often asks a question I have to think about and have no clear immediate answer. Hence, I begin to examine myself and/or behavior in this area. It takes time for me to change my image and for my perception to change. Those ideas and thoughts simmer in my mind between meetings. It is good. You and I do not have to stay the same. We are in charge of our behavior and we can change. Henry Ford once said: “Whether you think you can or you can’t, you are right.” Flo is helping me accomplish changes that I feel are right and positive. I am a better person inside dealing with me, with my wife, and my friends. It is a great way to be. No longer do I get up angry in the morning, or in a bad mood. I don’t want to be that way, and no longer am. I cannot remember the last day I came down the stairs in the morning angry and running ‘old tapes’ in my head. I started working with Flo in early March 2015. From age 30 to 68, I was in counseling with therapists (only 4 different ones). With Flo, we spend little time discussing the past, but deal with the present & the future. Many of her questions surprise me and are ‘right on’. As a result, I look at that idea or situation in a different way. It is like, “Wow, I would not have ever thought about it that way.” Flo is worth the money she charges. She prepares for our sessions, is a genuine person, and has a strong desire to help other people ‘live life to their fullest potential’. In my case, enlightenment has come and continues to come as a result of our consultations. The future is full of opportunities to do anything I want and with her contagious enthusiasm for life spilling over I look across the waters of life and see new and different ways of experiencing and enjoying it (life). There is so much to do!!!!!

When I first met with Florence, I was lost in many ways. I was unsure about my career path and goals. I was insecure both financially and emotionally. I did not use my time efficiently. I was not taking care of myself emotionally, physically, or spiritually. Florence did a full assessment of my needs and my desires. This process alone helped me to see many aspects of myself or which I was unaware. We created a plan to help me to establish goals and carry them out. I started to do little things that fostered great results. The process helped me to see that if one action would lead to great results, a lifetime of goal oriented actions would help me to realize my dreams. The last thing we spoke about at our last session before closing was love. I didn’t know what to ask or what to expect, but that session opened my heart to the love that I feel in my heart today. My journey has just begun. With Flo’s help, I am better at making decisions that create the results that I desire. I take the actions that lead to my desired results. I am now in creation mode. I am allowing great things to happen in my life that are created by my actions. The best part about my work with Florence is that I have learned how to be at peace with myself as I am right now in this moment. Everything else is the icing on the cake! Dennis Replogle
